FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I find the right track day?

+

Choose your dates in the calendar and narrow the selection by country or circuit. Each date shows the listed details on organiser, price and availability, plus the link to book.

Can I book directly on Tracklap?

+

Tracklap helps you find and compare events. To book, each date takes you to the organiser's website.

Are the prices and available places shown binding?

+

The details reflect the last time we checked. Before booking, check the organiser's current event details — that's where you'll find the binding price, what's included and the current availability.

Where can I see all listed dates for a circuit?

+

Open the circuit directory and choose your circuit. Its page lists all upcoming dates on Tracklap.

How do I find track days near me?

+

Enter your starting point or postcode above the list of dates, or use your current location, and choose a radius between 100 and 750 kilometres. Tracklap then only shows dates within that distance, each with the straight-line distance.

How up to date are the dates?

+

Tracklap checks the organisers' websites automatically every four hours. New dates then appear on their own, and dates an organiser no longer offers are hidden. Every date shows when it was last checked.

Can I save dates?

+

Yes. Tap the heart on a date and it goes onto your list under «My Season» — sorted by date as a season plan. You don't need an account for this: without signing in, the list is stored in your browser.

What do I get from signing in?

+

Signing in under «My Season» is free, optional and needs no password: you enter your e-mail address and receive a link and a code. After that your list is the same on phone, tablet and computer, and it stays even with a new phone or cleared browser data. You also get your personal logbook. You can delete your account yourself at any time.

Can I keep track of the circuits I've already driven?

+

Yes, once you're signed in. When a saved date is over, you can confirm it under «My Season» with «I drove it». The circuit then lights up in your logbook on the map, together with the number of days and the organisers per circuit.

How do I share my list with friends?

+

Under «My Season» you can copy the link to your list, share it directly, for example via WhatsApp, or show it as a QR code. Whoever opens the link sees your dates and can add them to their own list in one click — handy for planning a track day together.

Can I share a single date?

+

Yes. Every date has its own page with all the details. In the date you'll find the link «Open this date's own page» — just pass that address on.

Can I add a date to my calendar?

+

Yes. The calendar icon next to the booking button downloads the date as a calendar entry. It works with the calendar on iPhone and Mac, Google Calendar and Outlook.
